g) Advise during preliminary stage of design in terms m&e systems requirement and plant room/ riser spacing requirement.

h) Testing and commissioning inclusive of resolving problems of wrongly designed or wrongly installed system

i) Pre bomba inspection in terms of fire aspect of building and building system

j) Fire risk assesment

k) Any other related M&E works except for supply and installation can be further discussed.
